Troubleshooting for most common login problems

Forgot Username
Make sure you are entering the correct email address that you used to create your account. Contact Customer Care through Live Chat if you are unable to locate your correct username.

Clear your browser's cache
If you are unsure how to clear your browser's cache, please click here to get instructions for clearing the cache in all the major browsers.

Wait for a few minutes
If you attempted to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, your account would temporarily lock for security reasons. Please wait 15 minutes, then try again.


Reporting a Major System Outage
If you identify a major system outage with this site after business hours, send a text message to 630-923-5505. This will alert our after-hours technical support team so they can investigate and resolve. Non-urgent matters and requests should be emailed to support@americanphysician.com and will be answered during regular business hours.


Not receiving our emails?
Check your SPAM/JUNK folders. We have found this to be common with Gmail, university, and hospital systems.

Add the American Physician domain (@americanphysician.com) to your list of safe senders to correct this problems.
